Closet SALE!

Don't forget! If you live in or around my area, tomorrow my mom and I have teamed up to sell a bunch of great clothes. Priced from $.25 to $25, there will be LOTS of great deals on hand! Shoes, suits, skirts, dress jackets, and much MORE! Please join us tomorrow at 9 a.m. to help us clean our closets OUT! Bring a friend or a relative or both. Come one, come ALL!

The Sale of the Century *sob!*

So, as most of you know by now, I'm losing some weight. As a result of said weight loss, my "tres magnifique" wardrobe no longer fits me properly. In fact, most of my clothes are HUGE. Seeing as I don't have a million dollars lying around, I need new clothes - FAST. That's where you all come in! Next Saturday, the 25th @ 9 a.m., I will be opening the vault doors and allow my clothes to go home with YOU. (For a nominal fee, of COURSE, so the new and improved wardrobe may be purchased!) The thing is, it will be quite a sale, considering the ensembles and pieces I have accumulated are numerous and lovely, if I do say so myself. (And I DO say so!) Also, my mom is allowing me to clean out her closet by selling a lot of suits and the like that she no longer wears. Long story short, we'll have clothes from sizes Misses' 8 to Women's 22 and accessories (shoes, etc.) available to purchase for very good prices. You do NOT want to miss this opportunity to buy what I like to think of as "Certified Pre-Owned" clothing. Some of the items still have tags! *Gasp* Alright, I think that's enough said. Please contact me @ christinabernice@gmail.com if you need more information and plan on coming! Toodles!

Ear-ry

I went to the doctor today. I have chronic migraines and a GROWTH in my ear! Ewww! How "growth"! LOL Anyway, she gave me THREE prescriptions. Ugh. I really can't stand taking medicine. I mainly go to the doc so they will reassure me that my aches and pains aren't literally going to kill me. Well, she's a wonderful doc, but no reassurance. Lots of meds though! I've been referred to an ENT in San Bernardino, so I'll be going there so they can reassure me that I'm not growing another head out of my ear. Ah, the wonders of modern medicine.

On a more victorious note, I have been the recipient yet again of God's wonderful blessings. I have applied for and received several grants and scholarships for my schooling, as said schooling can be costly, even at the community level. Well, I had already received everything, or so I thought, for this semester. Meanwhile, I had made a pledge to support indigenous missionaries for $50 a month, that I had no idea how I was going to pay. (I just make a small amount of money in my little job...) Well, last week I got a letter explaining that I was to be the recipient of an additional $600!! The EXACT amount of my pledge!!! I was super-stoked, until the check came. I misread it. I was getting one check for $600 and ANOTHER check for $540! I had already planned to give the whole $600 to my missionary pledge, and God just kept on blessing! Woo! I feel like writing a SONG! Yeah! Thank you, JESUS!

Hodge-podge

Heard about a good deal today and wanted to share it with all of you! I know this is normally Shegazelle's niche, but I love to save money as well. Being a Financial Peace alumni, I have a few tricks of my own up my sleeves! Anyway, if you are a fan of Clint Brown (I AM!!), he's got ALL of his materials on sale for $5 on his website. Just click on the "Store" tab at the top and start SAVING! =] Unless, of course, you've spent your blow money for the month, in which case don't spend money you don't have!

Also, thought you may want to know, if you have an ".edu" email address, you can save a BUNDLE on Microsoft Office 2007 Professional. Normally, it runs $600, but you can get it for $59.95 with your ".edu" email address. Of course, if you have an ".edu" addy, that probably means you're a student, hence the savings. Just go to the website for The Ultimate Steal and SAVE, SAVE, SAVE!!!!

Alright, folks, Ralphie and I are off for a date night to the Magic Kingdom! Front row seat at the fireworks! Yay!

Promotable Notable

My husband got a promotion at work, which is, I'm sure, a direct result of his relationship with Him. He is going to be the BEST Senior Project Manager EVER! I'm so happy for his success and can't wait for him to show them how it's done! =D Thank you, Jesus, for once again blessing us in spite of our unworthiness!

PC

I've been having lots of fun staying busy this last week. Actually, I'm just kidding. No fun. No busy. Just not on here boring you all with my lack of everything. lol What has prompted my return, however, is the need for your support! =D I am going to start selling Pampered Chef to help out the familia in the fast-approaching Christmas hoopla and I will be hosting my own Grand Opening at my house this Monday night, the 1st. I'd love for you ALL to come, granted you live within a reasonable driving distance for such a night of frivolity. I will be cooking for everyone and it'll be a great opportunity to practice my show for my friends! Please let me know if you're interested! THANK YOU
